This command procedure performs two functions:
 
 	1) It verifies the accounts in the SYSUAF.DAT file against the
 	   root directories.
 	2) It compares root directories against the system account file.


*** note ***

The command file does not handle 'logical' names well in the sysuaf, nor
directories set up incompatability mode format. Other than that, does a
nice job.
