This directory contains the source file, executable 
image, and help file for the foreign command IN.  IN is a set 
default directory utility that checks for a directories 
existence.  IN also checks node location against the node name of 
the VAX being used to prevent unneccesary NETworking.

	IN is executed by setting up the following symbol 
definition:

	IN :== $ device:[directory]SETDEF.EXE.

	The user should create their own executable image if they 
have FORTRAN compiler.  The supplied executable image was created 
under VMS version 3.6.  IN works on both VMS 3.x and 4.x.
