should use continuous input techniques due to splitting of commands
across lines.  Currently only allow SPECIALGOESHERE stuff to be split across
two lines.

Latest version of Talaris' QTEX is available in source code, so should
integrate into \special processing inside QTEX instead of postprocessing.
