Public-domain terminal program.  Dumb-terminal emulation.  Performs 
MacBinary transfers.  XMODEM protocol used has CRC error checking,
which can't be turned off.  Be sure to specify CRC if you're using
Belonis' XMODEM programs.  Otherwise, transfers WILL work but there will
be a LONG (approximately 1-minute delay) first during which ominous-appearing
"timeout" error messages appear on the screen.
