This subdirectory contains the VAX Ada software necessary to build The Ada Programming Support Environment (TAPSE). This is a prototype APSE being exercised by the MITRE Corporation. All of the software necessary to build TAPSE can be found in the [.SOURCE] subdirectory. Please note that several of the reuseable Ada packages that were also distributed with this DECUS tape are used by TAPSE. Those packages will need to be compiled before compiling TAPSE. The DCL commands needed to build a TAPSE executeable image can be found in the [.COM] subdirectory. Please note that the order of compilation is important in Ada, so please avoid reordering the compile commands in the command file. There are several valuable documents in the [.DOC] subdirectory. There are several minor bugs that are documented here. I would be interested in being informed of any additional bugs you may find. The "xroff" input file used to generate the DECUS presentation vugraphs is contained in this sub- directory. Lastly, the [.DATA] subdirectory contains a group of data files that an operational TAPSE system expects to have access to. These are included strictly to give an example. You are free to create your own versions, but maintain the file format. If you have any comments, suggestions, or questions, please contact: Stephen R.
