This subdirectory contains a set of VAX Ada reuseable packages.  The
Ada packages can be found in the [.SOURCE] subdirectory, and are self-
explanatory.  The command file needed to build the entire set of packages
can be found in [.COM].  Please note that the order of compilation is
important in some cases.  The file in the [.DOC] subdirectory is an "xroff"
input file used to generate the vugraphs for the DECUS presentation.
