The following contains some brief information regarding the use of the UGRAPH program. UGRAPH is an interactive, menu driven graphics program based on the HGRAPH software. It was developed in the Applied Mathematical Sciences group at the Ames Laboratory, Iowa State University. It is provided on an as is basis. Only the executable version is provided at this time. UGRAPH is a menu driven program for use on a VT100 compatible terminal which can concurrently emulate a Techtronix 4010/4014. In addition, it simultaneously supports the Houston Instruments line of pen plotters (DMP series). Said terminal should have separate graphics and alpha screens in which the graphics screen can be referenced by a Control [ (ASCII 31) from the alpha screen. The alpha screen is referenced by a Control X (ASCII 24) from the graphics screen. This is compatible with the Visual Products 550 terminal. UGRAPH will run under either VMS version 3 or 4. For further details on the use of UGRAPH, refer directly to the user manual provided. Comments should be directed to Harry McMaken Department of Mathematics Iowa State University Ames, Iowa 50011
