[KMSKIT.SYSMGR]

	This directory contains;
			COMFILE.DIR	System command procedures
			STARTUP.DIR 	How we bring up our nodes

			[SYSMGR.STARTUP]

	The directories [.STARTUP] and [.STARTUP.SYSBOOT] exist so you
	can see how we get our system up and in case some site specific code
	is needed for you to get other components of KMSVAXKIT up.  Look it
	over.  The STARTLAT and LAT_PRINTERS procedures are interesting in
	that then run on every node in our cluster and distributed network
	of VAXes thus allowing everyone access to every printer (except the
	cluster line printer).

			[KMSKIT.SYSMGR.COMFILE]

     This directory contains NEW command files we have found to be of general
     use for system management.  Some required command procedures (called by
     other procedures) may not be included if they were previously submitted
     as part of KMSKIG.  Sorry.  Typically all command files reside on 
     SYS$COMFILE which on our system is generally SYS$SYSDEVICE:[COMFILE].

     Many command files assume that TESTFILE is defined as a foreign command, 
     ie 

		TESTFILE==@SYS$COMFILE:TESTFILE.COM.
