Description: ALLMOUNT: Routine to allocate and mount foreign tapes. This solves the problem of repeat access to a particular drive. CHECK_PRIV: FORTRAN subroutine to check a users privilege mask in SYSUAF. If there is insufficient privilege then the user is notified, and the process exits. The user is NOT told what privilege is missing. COMP_TIMES: A foreign command that compares to times (in system time format). Returns a symbol (TIME_RESULT) indicating the result of the comparison. (time_result may be: =, <, or >) CONVERT_MACRO_DEFS: Converts macro $xxxDEF files to FORTRAN compatible include files. DISUSER_FLAG: Subroutine to set the undocumented DISUSER flag in SYSUAF.DAT. EZTRAN: A fast block I/O routine. LIBEX: A quick and easy library extraction procedure. LIST_IDS: Lists all of the identifiers on a system. LIST_PRIV: Lists all of the privileges (default and authorized) of the users on a system. Useful for keeping track of who has what privilege. MOUNT_TAPE: Does the same thing as ALLMOUNT. This is a foreign command. PRINT.COM: A companion procedure to COMPILE.COM (from previous DECUS tapes). This reads the xxx.COMPILE file and prompts to print the file. QTIME: Gives the estimated printing time of files on a particular queue. REPLY_LOG: Closes the old and opens a new OPERATOR.LOG file from the batch mode (also in interactive). SETDEF: Another set default routine. This one recalls the last twenty default directories using the "up arrow" on the VT220 keyboard. Plus, other features. SHOWQ: Just a silly show/queue procedure that we use. SLEEP: The standard terminal locking routine. This is a FORTRAN program that inhibits command recall of the password. SLEEP_NOECHO: Same as SLEEP, only when prompted for the password, the password is not echoed as it is entered. For questions and/or problems: Perry Bret Wischow U. S.
