DCL-631 in DESCRIPTION section, add: "When aborting a job from a queue which
	may have several jobs running simultaneously (e.g. a BATCH queue),
	the /ENTRY qualifier must also be used to specify the particular job.
DCL-128	add to Table DCL-8 codes for: TQ_BTS = 4, TEK401X = 10, LA84 = 39,
	and Pro_Series = 111 (from TTSYM$ macro).
DCL-132 in Table at top, state what the default comment character is for
	other filetypes (if there is one).
DCL-228	illustrate ABSOLUTE time format: "dd-mmm=yyyy hh:mm:ss.tt".
DCL-333	add note on PRINT/FLAG from Software Dispatch article 15.25.3, Nov 85.

DCL-257	"VT105   1" should read "VT05   1". The correct code for the
	VT105 (99) is shown on the opposite page.
DCL-461	under /END_OF_FILE, "a tape mark" should be "two tape marks".
