CDU-10	against $FILE, add: ", which may include wildcards."
CDU-10	against $REST_OF_LINE, add: "DCL does not remove quotation marks when
	processing the string."
CDU-10	add footnote to section 4.3.1: "Conversions described for $DATETIME,
	$NUMBER etc. are not applied to values specified as DEFAULT in
	DEFINE TYPE and DEFINE SYNTAX VALUE clauses."
CDU-25, -27, -30, -34, and -36, likewise add note against DEFAULT=default-string:
	"No check is made at compile or run time that the default-string matches
	the type-name, nor is it subject to any type-dependent conversion such
	as that associated with a user-specified value of type $DATETIME,
	$NUMBER, etc. described in Section 4.3.1."
