Did you find this manual understandable, usable, and well organised? Please make suggestions for
improvement.

General	Please give examples of use of ALL routines. It is often time-consuming
	to work out from the descriptions (or the hard way) what arguments
	require %VAL, %LOC etc., whereas an example would show this immediately.
5-4	Please give an example of how to use dynamic strings in FORTRAN and
	other languages, illustrating particularly how the string descriptor
	should be preset.

5-7, middle example should be laid out:-
	    CHARACTER*80 STR$COPY_DX,DST	INTEGER*4 STR$COPY_DX,ISTAT
					   or
	    DST = STR$COPY_DX(SRC)		ISTAT = STR$COPY_DX(DST,SRC)
	and the following paragraph should end with the sentence: "Note that
	VAX FORTRAN will not allow you to mix the two usages in the same
	program module.
RTL-326	Under TPA$_UIC "()*" should presumably be "(*)".
