CLI-10	to end of first paragraph describing retdesc, add: ", which pads it
	on the right with trailing spaces if it is fixed-length."
CLI-11	to the end of the last paragraph of DESCRIPTION, add "Calling
	CLI$GET_VALUE for one particular entity "rewinds" the value lists for
	all other entities of the same type."
CLI-13	middle, change "A positional qualifier is defined in ..." to
	"A positional qualifier MUST BE defined in ...".

PSM-18ff Example Section 9.4: Corrections from V4.3 Release Notes have not
	been inserted correctly: ".LIBRARY /SYS$LIBRARY:LIB.MLB/" is still
	omitted, and "BRW 50$" and "BRW 66$" have been inserted as "BEQL"s,
	which are still out of range.
