This is a utility to transfer data between the tapes, display, or printer of
a Hewlett-Packard HP2648a terminal and VAX/VMS or RSX-11M/M-PLUS.

For further details, please see file README.1st.

Note that on this kit, all files referred to in the documentation as being in
directory [3,24] will be found in this directory, [SIRA.HPX], and all files in
[1,24] are in [SIRA.WLDCRD]. The command files will have to be edited to
reflect where you actually put things.
