         This document describes the major changes to FPaint since version 4.08.
      
      



         Known Bugs
      
           The SMG version of TTYinit does not initialize the logical*1 function
           Echo properly. After  calling  TTYinit,  EchoOn  or EchoOff should be
           called to set the echo state.
      
      
         Impact of FPaint Version 4.09 on existing applications
      
           ScrlRegion  contains  two  additional  parameters.  See  Lib.doc  for
           details.
