    UBBS has changed the procedure for user registration as of this date.

In order to verify that users are who they say they are, this procedure
has been implemented.

  1)  Read the rules!!!
  2)  Get a 3x5 card (or equivalent) and inscribe it with the following
      information:

          Your Full Name
          Your permanent mailing address
          Your City, State, and Zip Code
          Your Day Phone
          Your Evening Phone
          Your date of birth
          Your signature!!

      (Note: Your signature on this card is tacit agreement with the
             rules of UBBS).

  3)  Mail the aforementioned card to:

          Dale Miller
          Data Center - NS204
          University of Arkansas at Little Rock
          2801 S. University
          Little Rock, AR  72204-1099

No users will be approved without this card on file!!

state laws regarding the preservation of a person's right to privacy and is
non-releasable to the general public in any form.
