These programs are an example network objects for VMS.

NET_OBJECT is a multi-threaded object which will handle up to
64 links.
NET_CONNECT is the program that talks to NET_OBJECT.

All that happens is that NET_OBJECT turns round the message that
you send with NET_CONNECT with a header.
