SP.C

SP is used to manipulate the privilege bits for the executing process.

SP is very felixible (probably overly so) but it provides a nice example of a
simple parser for its commands, and examples of several system services in C. 
I wrote it years ago, so the style is a bit sloppy.

If you are a privileged user on VMS, SP can make it very easy to prevent 
yourself from doing damage by helping you control those privileges you have
set at any time.
