1) Allow some way of stuffing the '%' into commands directed at jnet
   clusters (possibly /CLUSTER qualifier).
2) If we start allowing qualifiers for remote fingers, how about a
   /TIMEOUT=(initial,increment) as well?
3) Finger doesn't seem to get along with the TELL utility. Why?
