Modifications made by John Howells (Sterling Software) and other pertinent
information:

Quit command added (abbreviated by Q or q) to leave Swing and return to
the original directory you were in before invoking Swing.

SWING.HLP exists in two help libraries. In SYS$HELP:HELPLIB.HLB and
SYS$HELP:SWING.HLB. The library actually invoked by Swing is in SWING.HLB.

List command added (abbreviated by L or l).

The Execute_Dcl routine has been greatly simplified. Before, the results
were unpredictable, now the results are always what would be expected. The
only difference is that the command window is not used to display output
from the spawned subprocess. While it would be nice, it is not worth the
effort to fix it up.

Directory is displayed by default in the 'Options' choice.
