This is program to do much the same thing as SHOW QUEUE with a few added
options.  In this version, you may look at all queues on a given node, or 2
UALR-specific options (changable if you like) /ACAD nad /ADMIN to look at
queues on out academic and administrative queues respectively.  In addition,
the qualifier /MIN shows only queues which are stopped, or have jobs waiting.
