All I did to move this program to VMS was to create a build procedure
(BUILD.COM) which puts it all together. No source changes were necessary.
I have built it with a 20 ms delay for use on our VS3xxx systems ; you can 
change this simply in BUILD.COM if it makes it too slow for your system.
