Defragmentation allows the user to defragment files in the current
directory. The files to be fragmented must first be selected. The user is
twice prompted to confirm that the directories selected and their contents
are to be defragmented.

The contents of the the files that are processed will be made as contiguous 
as possible. No header information (other than the pointers in the header) 
will be changed.

The file fragmentation is shown in the FILE MANAGER via directory format 8.
If pointers is greater than 1 then the file is unnecessarily fragmented,
and potentially degrading the system performance when accessed.
