Delete allows the user to delete a directory structure. The directories 
that will be (potentially) deleted are displayed with a different rendition.
The user is twice prompted to confirm that the directories selected 
and their contents are to be deleted.

This command may not be entered from the top (root) directory.

SWING will only delete files that the user could otherwise
delete via the DCL commands 
SET PROTECTION and DELETE.
