It has been totally rewritten in the 'C' programming language (from FORTRAN)
and has a large number of new features that are too numerous to mention here.

Almost all commands are upward compatible from the old version.

It is recommended that you read the tutorial / user manual thoroughly before
experimenting too much, which is found in MOF__ROOT:[SWING]SWING.LIS. 
This will take around 30 mins.

It runs VERY fast and you can do all your directory and file management in
this package, without going anywhere near DCL.
