SEARCH researches the directory structure, builds a new save file and 
updates the display accordingly. It is necessary to use this feature if the 
directory structure has been changed other than by SWING. (e.g. via BACKUP)

If there are more than one structure on display then the user is prompted 
to research either all structures or just the current structure.
