  Actually, TEST 75 can be used to lay down the low level format on a
SCSU disk
drive.  See page 7-20 or so  (depending on version) in Customer
Hardware information book.  The subsection in my book is 7.8.2 "Erase
Disk Utility for SCSI Hard Disks.
