       Prominent security consultant and veteran NY Metro LUG member
       Stephen Tihor is a leader in the DECUS Security SIG and long time 
       VMS security advocate.  His talk will include an overview of
       the US security rating system and its commerical implications.
       He will also discuss in detail the issue of secure, captive 
       accounts under the VMS operating system, and address recent 
       developments in computer security.
