There are two new items of interest to Rally users for this
 tape.

 [.READ_RALLY] contains DECUS Library submission V00511,
 "READ_RALLY" Version 2.5, November 1990 Submitted by Digital
 Equipment Corp.  It's a VAX SCAN utility to reformat Rally
 reports into VAX DOCUMENT.  It doesn't quite work as submitted,
 but may still be useful as a base for someone to work from.

 [.VISITATION] contains a DCL procedure I wrote which reads a
 Rally report on a form/report, extracts the visitation order, and
 writes a new report with the order at the front followed by the
 fields/groups visited; with some reformatting of the report.
