FIXDRIVER has been written in C and requires only a few standard header
libraries distributed with VMS and located in SYS$LIBRARY.  Thus, it can
be easily compiled and executed.  An image copy have been provided, which
was compiled under VMS 5.4.

FIXDRIVER.HLP provides the only documentation (besides the source code)
of the program.  It is very simple to use.
