GETCMD.B32 is a BLISS-32 program that will display the DCL command recall
buffer for any interactive process on the system.  A MACRO-32 source is
supplied for those who do not have BLISS-32.

This is a cleaner rewrite of the previous MACRO-32 version; I believe it
is bug-free.  While you are to use this program at your own risk, please
let me know if you encounter any problems.

To build it, simply:

	$ @BUILD_GETCMD
	$ GETCMD :== $dev:[dir]GETCMD.EXE
	$ GETCMD <pid>
