This is a fix to an earlier version.  The procedure has not at this time been
upgraded to a higher level language.  The procedure works across the cluster
using the SHOW USERS command.

Just set up a symbol to equate the procedure name.  We use it at login to let
users know if a LAN line has been dropped or if they may be logged in already.
I use it in my LOGOUT.COM to let me know if I have other sessions running 
since my terminal is connected to a terminal server and quite frequently have
multiple sessions running.
