The VMS mosaic files in this directory are distributed in compressed text
libraries.  Each library has a module named EXTRACT that is a command procedure
for unpacking the library.  Transfer the library files in binary (image) mode
and unpack with the following commands:

	$ library/extra=extract/out=extract.com mosaic-2_0.tlb
	$ @extract

The library contents are as follows:

    MOSAIC-2_0.TLB	The original VMS port (more or less) as delivered
			by Bjorn Nilsson's tar from ftp.nsca.uiuc.edu.

    MOSAIC_TUNEUP1a.TLB	Replacement files from the original sources.  This
			expects a UCX development environement.
