Hi,

A Minor Gottcha on V6.1...

Most systems will need the following or similar in their startup:

$ INSTALL CREATE SYS$SHARE:VMS$IEEE_HANDLER.EXE/OPEN/HEAD/SHARE

The reason is that the KERNEL now invokes the IEEE handler when required.
If the image is installed privileged then each invokation of the IEEE
handler will each a process channel, eventually crashing with a QUOTA
execeeded. (FILLM)
