   The DECnet internals and architecture documentation has been
   available for a number of years.

  file description is misleading; I believe it should read `MSG', not
  `MTHDS'.)

  As of this morning, the AA-D599A-TC part number was in the Digital
  price database.  This document is available but it isn't generally
