  TIN for VMS is available from hobbes.cc.duq.edu in [ANONYMOUS.TIN], it is
compiled using GCC (which is also available from there in [ANONYMOUS.GNU]).
It is also available from tango.cchs.su.edu.au in [FTP.VMS.TIN]
