This version of DELIVER is that distributed by wku and dmc.com; I would imagine
that the version bundled with PMDF has evolved away from the public domain
version.  I don't know what that version does with privileges.

I am up to speed on DELIVER because I just ported it to AXP.  If you want to
try a beta copy, get it from my file server (fileserv@tachyon.com).  The
command is "send deliver".

Deliver is a user mail delivery agent that allows mail to be rejected,
duplicated, rerouted, or otherwise acted upon based on sender or
subject and the like. It is very flexible.
