The following is excerpted from deliver_startup.com: $ install replace - SYS$SYSTEM:MAIL/OPEN/HEADER/SHARE/PRIV=(SYSPRV,OPER,WORLD,NETMBX,CMKRNL) $ if f$search("SYS$SYSTEM:MAIL_SERVER.EXE") .nes. "" then install - replace SYS$SYSTEM:MAIL_SERVER.EXE/OPEN/HEADER/SHARE/PRIV=(SYSPRV,CMKRNL) However, as you can see, EXQUOTA is not one of the privileges granted. This version of DELIVER is that distributed by wku and dmc.com; I would imagine that the version bundled with PMDF has evolved away from the public domain version. I don't know what that version does with privileges. I am up to speed on DELIVER because I just ported it to AXP. If you want to try a beta copy, get it from my file server (fileserv@tachyon.com). The command is "send deliver".
