... and you won't.  You won't find the ICB$-symbols in any macro library
on the VAX either.  To resolve these, link with SYS$SYSTEM:IMGDEF.STB for
the VAX side and SYS$LOADABLE_IMAGES:IMGDEF.STB on the Alpha.
