Yes, except for 8bit input. It is the Patrick L. Mahan (TGV, Inc)
version.  Sorry, I lost the original site.  I've just zipped up what I
am using here.  You can get it from

(includes Alpha .exe but no .objs).  The thing seems to be rather dated
but works.  If someone has a 8bit clean version I'd like to know.
