This is the VAX/VMS distribution of ph v4.10. This version was sucessfully
compiled, linked, and run under VMS 5.3 with Wollongong WIN/TCP 5.1 header
files and runtime libraries. Your mileage may obviously vary! The VMS port
implementation notes at the front of ph.c may be helpful with other system
configurations as well.
