I've made a VMS port of XMGR 3.10pl7 during the Summer. However, this port only
works on Alpha platforms (on VAX, DEC C5.2 crashes at compile time and XMGR
crashes itself when compiles with DEC C 5.0).  XMGR is a plotting tool under X
Window.

You can find it at ftp2.cnam.fr and ada.cenaath.cena.dgac.fr into [.DECWINDOWS]
