You need DECUS X11R4 (by Patrick L. Mahan, TGV) includes to compile XFORTRESS
and DECUS X11R4 libraries do relink. You can get them at your local DECUS 
office.

You can get libraries (XAW, XMU and XVMSUTILS) at ftp servers 
ada.cenaath.cena.dgac.fr and banc.cenaath.cena.dgac.fr in [.DECWINDOWS]
directory. Look at AAAREADME.TXT file in the [ANONYMOUS] directory.
